📦 Shipping Policy
All orders are packed with care by Amanda and shipped from Lake Macquarie, NSW, Australia.
🕒 Processing Times
Physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped out a few times per week. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on the way.
Digital products are delivered instantly via email and a download link on the checkout page.
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently offer Standard Shipping via Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Tracking is always included.
🌏 International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Standard International Shipping via Australia Post. Rates are calculated based on your order’s weight and destination.
Please note: A $1.80 AUD tariff is included in the shipping rate for all U.S. orders to cover mandatory international charges.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Amanda Colours is not responsible for delays or charges due to customs processing.
📬 Tracking & Notifications
All physical orders include tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
💻 Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered immediately via email and a post-checkout download link. If you experience any issues accessing your files, simply reach out and we’ll make sure you get what you need.
📦 Packaging
Orders are hand-packed by Amanda using Australia Post’s official packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.
❗ Address Changes & Lost Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us before your item has shipped. Once it’s on its way, we’re unable to make changes.
Amanda Colours does not replace or refund lost parcels, so please ensure your address is correct and secure.
