Well, hello there! I’m Amanda.
I’ve always been creative and have been colouring since I could first hold a pencil! I love to while away the hours immersed in a complex page, or spend a quick half-hour bringing a simple page to life! This is my place to share my love of colour with other colouring-crazy peeps.

Why I Colour
Ever since I could hold a pencil, I’ve been in love with colour. I didn’t know why as a kid, I just knew that colour made me feel things. It made the world brighter, softer, and more magical. Colouring wasn’t about staying inside the lines—it was about turning something ordinary into a burst of joy. That hasn’t changed. In 2016, I stumbled across the world of adult colouring online, and my whole perspective shifted. What I once saw as a childhood pastime suddenly became a genuine art form. And more than that, a lifeline. You see, like many of you, I live with chronic illness. I have fibromyalgia, and some days, it steals my energy, my strength, even the steadiness of my hands. But colouring? Colouring helps me breathe. It helps me regulate, reset, and feel like myself again. It’s mindful, meditative… and for me, it’s like pulling into a magical service station and filling the tank of my soul with colour. On hard days, grief days, flare days, foggy days, it brings me comfort. On good days, it brings joy. It’s my bright spark.
But there was a gap. I was scribbling buddy colour notes on scrap paper, forgetting which books I’d started, and losing track of challenges I wanted to join. Nothing out there truly supported the colouring hobby the way I needed—so I created something that did. That’s how the Colouring Planner was born. I poured my heart into it, designing a space that blends planning with creativity—a tool that holds the admin so you can hold the pencils. Whether you’re someone who colours to cope, to create, to connect, or all of the above, I want you to feel seen here. I understand what it’s like to live with chronic illness, mental health struggles, or simply the overwhelm of everyday life. I get how powerful it can be to do something small but meaningful—like colouring. This planner, and all the tools I create, are built to support that spark. To help you stay inspired while giving your brain the rest it needs. This little brand of mine is faith-filled, heart-led, and community-minded. I’m so grateful to create these resources—and even more grateful to share them with people like you. You are not alone. You are not overlooked. And you are always welcome here.
